YouTube Woos Musicians With Revenue Share

YouTube is making a push to attract independent musicians says the LA Times. The new program, called Musicians Wanted, is a way for the Google-owned site to compete with MySpace. The Times says to sweeten the deal, YouTube is offering anyone who signs up a share of the ad revenue generated by their music videos.
