Winter Wording: Wind Chill Out, “Extreme Cold” In

Just because you don’t hear meterologists talking about wind chill this season doesn’t mean it’s not there. The Pioneer Press says several national weather services have changed wind chill warnings to something called “extreme cold” warnings.
