Tornados ripped into northern Texas yesterday causing lots of damage, but luckily no fatalities. Meterologists say the storms’ timing—during the day, rather than at night—probably saved a lot of lives. The National Weather Service says the storm system was a supercell that dropped anywhere from six to 10 tornados in the area. “Mother Nature mixed up a perfect storm of reality TV,” says the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, referring the VIDEO of semis being tossed into air like a coin. In fact, the whole storm was well-documented, in part because Dallas/Fort. Worth area is so densely populated and media outlets were prepared.
