Looking for a “very secluded” piece of property to purchase? Buyers interested in the 1.4-acre property that recently on sale in Montana won’t get to talk to the previous owner—because he’s in jail. The Billings Gazette says the Unabomber’s former stomping grounds come complete with “FBI” carved into one of the trees.

Real estate agent John Pistelak posted the listing earlier this week under the headline, “Own A Piece Of US History.” Apparently, no one is champing at the bit for the property, which has been reduced from $154,500 to $69,500. I love this line of Pistelak’s description: “This is a one of a kind property and is obviously very secluded. Power and water not on the property but are available.”

NewWest News got ahold of Pistelak last week, who said the property does not come with Ted Kaczynski’s one-roomed cabin. Pistelak also told the newswire that he was initially hesitant to promote the property’s notorious past but decided to try his luck in hopes of luring in a buyer.
