Tips For Job Interviewers

The Wall Street Journal puts a twist on the classic tips-for-a-job-interview story, offering up advice for the interviewer, not the interviewee, in today’s paper. Noting that it’s not always a candidate’s fault when an interview goes off the rails, the Journal says the first thing to get rid of is the ubiquitous, “Where do you see yourself in five years?” Instead ask something more flexible, like, “How would this position fit into your long-term career plan?”
