Is your boss a jerk? Well, the Cleveland Plain-Dealer has some good news for you. According to a new research, arrogant bosses will “eventually get the comeuppance.” Explains one of the researchers: “If you’re being arrogant, you’re going to derail your own career, it’s just a matter of when. Nobody is irreplaceable.”
