Radio lovers have nothing to fear says NPR president Vivian Schiller. At the Wall Street Journal‘s annual technology conference, Schiller explained why the Internet won’t kill the radio star, saying that the multitude of online platforms allows the station to reach more listeners than ever before. She calls mobile technology the “second coming of radio” and says it has saved broadcast by enabling people to listen to streams from virtually anywhere.
