Prisoners Use Sheets in Jailbreak

A daring jailbreak in Chicago has prompted a manhunt, reports the Tribune this morning. Taking a cue from every teenager who has ever snuck out of their room, the two convicted bank robbers used tied-together bed sheets to shimmy down the side of the 27-story prison facility in downtown Chicago (see photo). Guards inside found mounds of clothes in the prisoners’ beds, shaped to look like they were both asleep.
