Palin’s Contract Demands Travel on “Lear 60 or Larger”

When it was announced that Sarah Palin would speak at a California State University fundraiser in June, critics of the former governor tried unsuccessfully to find out how much the university’s nonprofit foundation paid for the appearance. And then two students found Palin’s contract - in a Dumpster. The Sacramento Bee says while her fee was not disclosed, some of her requests included either first class travel or transportation on “a Lear 60 or larger.” Also, “two bottles of water and bendable straws.”
