Obama Wishes For Donations on Birthday

The Chicago Tribune says President Obama is celebrating the big 4-9 with “$2.5 million worth of his closest Democratic friends.” He’s in town for a series of fundraisers, the first stop on a national tour to shore up money for the midterm elections in November. The Tribune says there are several things that might make the trip awkward, Blagojevich’s trial being one.
