Nets Owner to Challenge Putin

Billionaire and NBA owner Mikhail Prokorhov is getting ready to challenge Vladimir Putin in Russia’s march presidential elections.  And the Wall Street Journal has them going “mano a mano in Moscow” on the front page.  Some have said Prokorhov’s bid is a Kremlin-backed plan to draw attention away from the antigovernment protests going on around the country.
