Mini Parked On Building Vexes Houston Officials

Mini Coopers are so small you can park them almost anywhere. Except on the side of a building, says the Houston Chronicle. The fiberglass shell of a Mini Cooper has been hung from a building façade in downtown Houston as part of a public art display. But the organizers failed to secure the proper permits, leading police to cite the car twice—not for parking infractions but for code violations. The paper says the ccar’s fate is still…up in the air.
