Eight women and six men have been selected to serve on a Kentucky jury that will hear an unusual case starting Monday, reports the Shelbyville Sentinel News-. Phillip Seaton is suing his doctor for amputating his penis without consent during a circumcision in 2007. The 62-year-old man says he woke up from surgery to find that his penis had been removed. His doctor says he removed the organ because he found a cancerous tumor inside. Lawyers for the defense warned potential jurors that testimony would be quite graphic, as more than a few penis references were needed to make their case.
