The Orlando Sentinel profiles Rob Bianco, a Florida model maker who was so enthralled by the 1964 World’s Fair in New York he actually built a scale model of it as a 13-year-old boy. It was so impressive that the fair’s mastermind, Robert Moses, wrote him a letter of admiration. Now 50 years later, Bianco still makes custom models of buildings from the fair which he sells to collectors.
