“Man Accused of Sexual Abuse of Miniature Horse”

Here’s something I learned today: Alabama’s sex abuse laws don’t include bestiality. That’s why, says the Mobile Press-Register, a 27-year-old man is being charged with “killing or disabling livestock” after being caught having sex with a miniature horse.

Police were called to a farm that specializes in breeding the tiny horses after the owner noticed one of her female horses was acting strangely. There was also horse hair on a nearby fence, indicating the animal’s tail had been tied to a poll. Police say it was an easy case to crack—the suspect had left his wallet, complete with his photo id on the ground next to the horse.
