The New Jersey Supreme Court has been asked to rule on a tough decision, says the Newark Star-Ledger. Judge Vince Sicari, who gets $13,000 a year to preside over South Hackensack, has asked the high court to let him keep his side job as a comic. No joke. Known as Vince August on stage, he has a flourishing entertainment career, including a regular spot on ABC’s “What Would You Do?,” something that doesn’t jive with the state’s rules for judge’s conduct.
