It doesn’t have a view, but with several big screen TVs, a Playstation and a stocked pantry, Camp 6 has become Guantánamo Bay’s premiere housing choice says the Miami Herald. Once “the bane of Guantánamo detainees and human rights groups alike,” the cell block is now highly coveted among inmates.

The biggest draw? Privacy. After hanging out in a common room detainees can return to the peace and quiet of their cells. Apparently, the prisoners have separated themselves into those who don’t mind seeing women on TV and those who’d prefer not to.  The Herald says Camp 6 became a favorite after the previous favorite an open-air cell block nicknamed Big Sky Camp got drenched during several tropical storms.
