Florida Leads Country in Car Insurance Fraud

Florida has a new state motto: home of automobile insurance fraud. The Sun Sentinel says more suspicious claims were filed in Florida than in any other state - a lot more. Last year, 3,006 claims were suspected to be fraudulent. New York, which came in second on the list, had only 1,680. Officials say they suspect the down economy has something to do with the high numbers.
