Florence Yanks “Jersey Shore” Permits

Before they could say ‘Ciao’, the cast of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” was told ‘Arrivederci’ by officials in Florence reports the New York Post this morning. The cast was heading to the airport for a flight to Italy to film the fourth season of their reality series when word came that their permits to film in the city’s famous tourist sites had been yanked. Previously approved, the mayor of Florence suddenly denied to crew permission to film at the Uffizi art gallery, the Boboli Gardens, and the Palazzo Vecchio. The Jersey Shore cast has already been banned from filming scenes in the city’s bars and clubs or anywhere would depict the historic city as a “booze heaven.” Snooki and company returned to New Jersey until the situation could be resolved.
Earlier this week, Radar Online snapped photos of several cast members en route to the airport.
