How long would you wait to get a broken finger set? The LA Times says more and more cities are providing waiting times for the emergency rooms in their area in an attempt to help patients. Some send out tweets or emails to subscribers. And some are even experimenting with a system that allows you to log in, save a place in line and wait at home.
