“You should worry about performing surgery on the supersized if a patient wears his wristwatch on his finger or has more chins than a Chinese phone book.” That’s one of the jokes that got a University of Pennsylvania orthopedic surgeon in trouble after he included it in his monthly column for a medical trade magazine.
