Crash Conundrum

Police in Florida are puzzling over how to classify a recent accident involving a motorized wheelchair and a scooter. The man driving the wheelchair struck and killed the man on the scooter after pulling out into the street mid-block. The question that remains, says the St. Petersburg Times, is whether the surviving man should be charged with jaywalking or reckless driving.  Police say the decision could hinge on how much horsepower the motorized wheelchair had.
