Need some fast cash? If you’re not scared of snakes, here’s a (bad) idea: Next month kicks off Florida’s Python Challenge, says the Sun Sentinel. Organized by the state’s wildlife commission to fight the Burmese Python invasion in the Everglades, the person who traps the longest specimen will receive $1000 and $1500 goes to the person who snags the most snakes. A hunting license is not required, say officials, except for participants under 18.
