Cartoon: I’ll Scratch Your Back…

The New York Post reprints a great editorial cartoon from the Arkansas Democrat Gazette this morning. There’s a guy in a sinking boat who says, “I’ll radio for help if you both agree to fund various projects in my home state.” The other guy’s response? “Bob’s a congressman.”
