Japanese cosmetics are the latest craze for fashion-conscious American women says the New York Times. And they’re flocking to the Internet to stock up. Fans say even Japanese drug store brands are superior to anything you can find in this country. Apparently, many of the products are formulated with the humid climates of Asia in mind, which translates into superior water-resistant mascara and cake-less powder.
