3D TV Dangerous for Drinkers, Pregnant Women, Kids

Remember when your mother warned you not to sit so close to the TV or you’d ruin your eyes? Well, her warning was prescient says the New York Post. Researchers have concluded that watching 3D TV can be hazardous to your health, especially if you have a history of eye problems or have been drinking. The Post points out that might be a problem, “after a long afternoon watching, for instance, the planned ESPN 3D channel.”  Warnings on new appliances say children under six should avoid watching at all and that “teens, pregnant women, the elderly, sleep-deprived people and anyone buzzed on alcohol” should limit their consumption.
