VIDEO: Sports Reporter “Back Live, Just Barely”

In case you missed this one as it made the rounds on the weekend, San Diego sports reporter Ben Higgins was almost run down on live TV on Friday night. He was doing a live report for KGTV from the site of an NCAA basketball game in Tucson when a van started backing up toward him. As you watch, you assume that the driver is going to stop. But the van just keeps coming. Finally his cameraman steps in and does something, and then after throwing to a videotape Higgins returns with a nice one-liner. He says he’s “back live, just barely.”
