Today we got an email from Catherine, detailing the scene that unfolded as she tried to get her morning coffee:

Conversation at Starbucks this morning:

Cashier: What’s your name?
Me: Catherine
Cashier: Amber?
Me: No, Catherine

Catherine adds, “What name showed up on my coffee? That’s right, Amber. At least I knew they meant me when they called it out.” Very impressive, Amber…I mean Catherine.
