Any chicken fans out there? You’ll appreciate this video my NY1 colleague Tom Lavecchia sent to me. He saw it on the Bon Appetite website. Swiss Chalet, the Canadian quick-service chicken restaurant, produces a cable channel that similar to the televised Yule Log. It is all rotisserie chicken, all day. There are no cooking shows or celebrity chefs—just chickens roasting, day in, day out.  Weird, but weirdly satisfying as well. Check it out:
