I was inspired after visiting the Sketchy Santas website this week. After all, to somebody that shopping mall Santa castle is a workplace.
We’ve all had memorable moments at work. (That’s me on the right at a company picnic in 1990. I’m not sure why the US flag was so prominent that day in the backyard at CFRN-TV in Edmonton. Maybe it was the 4th of July.)
Dig back into your photo albums and share your most awkward, surprising, funny pictures from the office or jobsite with us.
We want to share pictures that tell a funny story to someone who’s never met you. Maybe it’s the dated hairstyles of the 70s. Maybe it’s something that made perfect sense in the context of the work you do but now looks absurd as a standalone photo. Maybe it’s “which of these co-workers is not like that others?”
If you want to have some fun with us and submit your picture, here’s the address: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
We intend to publish the worst of the photos as a follow up to this story, so please don’t submit a photo unless you’re OK with it being seen by others. By submitting you represent that the photo belongs to you. Don’t be mean and don’t pick on one person—we want photos that everyone involved would find funny if they looked back.
Check back to our PhotosFromWork.com section to see what others submit.
While you’re at it, see some of the favorites in our BadDMVPhotos.com section.
