Pat’s St. Pat’s Day Tip

The New York Post asked me where my favorite place to spend St. Patrick’s Day in New York is, and I was happy to oblige with the name of the Irish bar where I often get together with friends. (It’s Coliseum on W. 58th St, in case you don’t already have plans.) The city’s other “sons and daughters of Erin” came up with some pretty good options. Actor Mike McGlone suggests McSorley’s, Bill O’Reilly says he heads to the South Street Seaport to have a drink “while watching the harbor and the activity on the cobblestone streets.” What’s Mayor Bloomberg up to today? “Every year, I look forward to doing what every good Jewish boy does on St. Patrick’s Day: attend morning Mass!”
