Olympic Notebook: Downtown Vancouver
Sunday, 14 February 2010 | by Pat's Picks
We had warm weather in Calgary for most of the 1988 Olympics. But it’s nothing compared to the weather on downtown Vancouver today.?
They’ve turned most of downtown into a cultural and entertainment zone. And it seems like most of the city is taking advantage of a warm Sunday to check it out.?Traffic is surprisingly good. And I only paid $6 to park for two hours. (Try that for 2 minutes in NYC.)
