I Don’t Get It: Is Health Care Really Done?

I was trying really hard to follow along with all of the motions last night. But I’m still not entirely clear on the process that gets the Health Care bill into law when there’s still a “reconciliation measure” to be processed. Fortunately, I found a smart explanation on talkingpointsmemo.com this morning.
Writer Christina Bellantoni explains it in terms that those of us outside Washington can understand. The President signs the basic bill into law, then the Senate can get to work on the reconciliation. But you should really just read it for yourself here.
