News that Bill Clinton had heart surgery to clear a clogged artery after going to the hospital for chest pains was the big story today, with 26 of our top 30 running it on their front pages. Following closely behind with 25 front-page mentions was coverage of the 2010 Winter Olympics, which kicks off tonight with the opening ceremony in Vancouver. Twelve papers ran stories on clashes between Iranian police and the thousands gathered in Tehran to protest a rally celebrating the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
