If you ever need to call customer service regarding your E-Z Pass, be warned. You’ll hear some of the worst on-hold music imaginable. In a video posted to YouTube earlier this week by Vic Berger, you can hear a series of rhythmic clicking sounds that apparently passes for music. Is saving a few minutes by paying your tolls electronically worth enduring this madness-inducing “music?” You decide.
