Amazing Video of Metrodome Roof Collapse

Seeing the before and after shots of the Metrodome in Minneapolis gives you a hint that the moment of the domed stadium’s roof collapse must have been something to see. But you don’t really get that sense until you see video from several angles. Fox had been set to televise Sunday’s game, and after setting up cameras on Saturday for the game, crews left them rolling overnight with fears that the roof would leak.

Here’s how it looked as it happened:

Sunday’s scheduled NFL game, between the Minnesota Vikings and New York Giants, will be played Monday night in Detroit’s stadium.
